Among his foremost responsibilities is overseeing the rollout of Holistic Medical Clinics, grounded in treaties and bilateral agreements that place them squarely under international law. H.E. Chief Dr. Bey’s Honorary Doctorate in Health and Holistic Medicine Ministry from Kennedy University of Baptist is undergoing authentication through the Hague Convention Process, enabling the degree to be formally registered under GOEDFA.
