It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I’m a young entrepreneur from the Gold Coast in Australia, I’m the Co-Founder of Ecom Capital. We help people start, grow & invest in eCommerce businesses. At Ecom Capital we’re a full-service, global leading eCommerce firm helping people start successful eCommerce stores in 90 days. We also help investors add profitable stores to their portfolios. As well as growing our own exclusive network of subsidiaries. By factual evidence we’re one of the fastest-growing companies in our sector, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to over 100+ people from in-house to offshore talent from the likes of top talent who build Walmart, Amazon, eBay, Nike, Apple & Shopify. Our business model is unique because we take the clients from our start side which we build, train and coach the client to sales within 90 days with their own eCommerce store and we invest in their business once they’re getting sufficient traction and then we help investors invest in existing eCommerce stores. As Well as acquiring our own eCommerce stores for long-term growth.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

“Breaking through” – creating a product or service that has the ability to “crack” the market and get a response that is an “Aha” moment. Entrepreneurs go through years of trial and error to get something to “Click” this can be defeating ad overwhelming until you break through. Sales is also a key area people overlook. Most people don’t put their attention on selling their product or converting leads, and leads & sales are the effects of marketing and marketing is the effect of a hypothesis of market research, so start there. Conduct better market research and test hundreds of marketing ideas, and convert the leads you bring in from marketing into paying customers and you will not have a challenge taking the money you earn from doing this and hiring smart people to help you in every stage of growth in your company.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

At Ecom Capital We help people start, grow & invest in eCommerce businesses. At Ecom Capital we’re a full-service, global leading eCommerce firm helping people start successful eCommerce stores in 90 days. We also help investors add profitable stores to their portfolios. As well as growing our own exclusive network of subsidiaries. Creating a model that allows our clients to be supported through the learning process, as part of my mentoring and training business I learnt that in order for someone to change their life (generate more income, build a new business, change physically or mentally – outside of the desire itself) the repetition and hand-holding is critical otherwise the client will quit, pull out and unfortunately fail. The model that we created allows for a 1-1 learning and support period that has the critical steps covered in such detail so that the client has all the tools as well as the support required to succeed.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

If you do not have a mindset that is upbeat, positive, focused on the goal and where you are going during the times of test and struggle, you will quit. Mindset for me is massive and I believe that all success begins and ends in the mind. Cultivate a strong mindset and success will come easier.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is about people. You are only as good as the people around you, having a team that understands and supports the vision is essential. We have a team of over 100 people in our company. They are assets, they are essential. Hiring and recruiting is a constant, hiring for attitude not necessarily skillset is key, the right attitude will put training and education to work to create a dynamite skill set fast. At Ecom Capital we’re looking to hire great employees with potential and turn those employees into superstars, yes it’s very important, we need an army of killers.

Our vision for Ecom Capital is to help as many people as possible start, grow & Invest in long-term growth. eCommerce businesses that are built on fundamental value, and we believe that Electronic commerce does not just come in the form of buying a product online, (Product to consumer) we’re going to see more service-based businesses appear online with innovative ideas for their business. s eCommerce is buying a product or service online, electronically conducting business, we’re excited to be in such a great position and we’re really looking forward to the future.
