NYFW Model and Pharmacist Debuts Cosmetic Line at New York Fashion Week 2021

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I started as Mrs Arkansas in 2018 and won a National title of Mrs North Continent Globe 2018 the same year which is the #2 top pageant in the world as ranked by pageant planet. This led me to capturing the title of Ms USA World of the Galaxies 2020 and now Ms World of the Galaxies 2021. I’m also the CEO of the system now. I then started modeling and have walked runways all around the world including New York, Paris, Milan, Miami and London.

Maxim Magazine named me Woman of the World in 2020 with a double feature and I landed the cover of Muscle and Fitness Hers 2020 among others.

I’m launching my very own cosmetic and skin care line in 2022 (RxBeauty by PharmD) which is all designed and formulated by myself, a pharmacist. I will showcase this line at New York Fashion Week Fall 2021.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Absolutely not, I come from a small town in Arkansas and I was a first generation college student. My parents were farmers and I had to pave my own way to success. It was difficult.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I am a pharmacist (Doctor of Pharmacy) Pharm.D and I’ve formulated almost all my products in cosmetics and skin care. Having a background in chemistry and how chemicals and or drugs react with the body is a huge advantage in formulating skin care that works. All my products are vegan, gluten free, cruelty free, organic and I offer CBD products too.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Never stop trying. With each failure is a learning opportunity to make your next business a huge success.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is reaching your goals whatever they maybe.

What’s next for you?

I plan to launch my brand (RxBeauty by PharmD) in 2022 and expand internationally to Paris and Milan fashion weeks showcasing my line. I also plan to pitch to retail stores. Finally I will have a booth at Cosmoprof North America next summer.
