When Betty Gonzalez reflects on her entrepreneurial journey, she doesn’t just recount a list of business ventures — she tells a story of faith, resilience, and reinvention. As the founder of Eleven 2 Solutions, LLC, and its subsidiary All Cleaning Pros of SWFL, Gonzalez is on a mission to merge her business acumen with her spiritual conviction, empowering families to build lasting financial security.
From Setbacks to Self-Discovery
Entrepreneurship was practically written into Gonzalez’s DNA. “I grew up with entrepreneurial parents,” she shares. “Throughout my life, I’ve owned different businesses that have failed, and I’ve always worked for others while attempting to grow my own.”
Like many entrepreneurs, Gonzalez admits she once mistook busy work for progress. “Part of the reason why I believe my businesses failed was because I was trying to do things that I felt were part of building my business, instead of doing what would make my companies profitable,” she says. “It was like throwing spaghetti on the wall and seeing what sticks.”
Her turning point came in 2019 when she attended Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within event in Dallas — an experience she describes as transformational. “I learned and connected with so many quality people at those events,” Gonzalez says. “It opened my eyes to what’s possible when you invest in yourself.”
The Birth of Eleven 2 Solutions
In July of this year, Gonzalez founded Eleven 2 Solutions, a name inspired by the biblical passage Ecclesiastes 11:2, which encourages diversification and multiple streams of income. “The scripture speaks of having more than one income stream to ensure a better tomorrow,” she explains. “That became the foundation of my business philosophy.”
Her motivation is deeply personal. “I want to ensure my retirement is funded and that I can be a financial blessing to my two adult children and my mother,” she says. “I’ve always been there for them emotionally — now, I want to be there financially too.”
Through Eleven 2 Solutions, Gonzalez launched All Cleaning Pros of SWFL, a cleaning brokerage designed to connect small and medium-sized cleaning companies with paying clients. Her long-term vision? To franchise the concept nationwide, helping communities “live, work, thrive, and worship” in cleaner spaces.
Faith Through Adversity
But Gonzalez’s journey hasn’t been without hardship. A recent health crisis forced her to reevaluate everything. “I became very physically ill and was hospitalized for two days,” she recalls. “That period injured my finances in a life-altering way and put me in a very scary place.”
Yet, it was also a spiritual awakening. “When I was able to gather my thoughts and sought spiritual help from my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, I knew that I had to change my life in order to have financial peace,” she says.
Building Proof Through Action
While Gonzalez acknowledges that she’s still in the early stages of growing her brand, she’s focused on authenticity and evidence. “I don’t yet have all the social proof from my experiences,” she admits. “So I’m taking action — recording proof that what I offer blesses others and inspires them to work with me.”
Her philosophy is simple but profound: “Take action, even if it’s messy and imperfect.”
The Power of Proximity
For aspiring entrepreneurs, Gonzalez’s advice is unwavering: “Never give up!” She believes that success is deeply influenced by the people around you. “Your success is on the other side of the people you decide to hang out with and the books that you read,” she says. “Proximity to those living the lifestyle you want, combined with continual learning, will bring you the knowledge and opportunities you need.”
Faith, Balance, and Accountability
Balancing work and personal life, Gonzalez turns to her faith. “I stay spiritually connected to God through personal prayer time,” she says. “I also have an accountability partner who’s a Christ-follower and prayer partner. We stay in touch daily, sharing our battles and successes, and bringing everything to our Heavenly Father.”
Looking Ahead
With All Cleaning Pros of SWFL currently in its pre-launch phase, Gonzalez is focused on systems, partnerships, and scalability. Her ultimate goal is ambitious yet grounded in purpose: to build a nationwide network of cleaning professionals, all powered by Eleven 2 Solutions.
“My intention is to become a personal brand that invokes her faith into her works and blesses others while doing it,” she says. “Having a well-designed plan and the grit to execute it — that’s what I’m all about.”
