I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
Ups and downs of starting a new business is not easy. I’ve had to deal with struggles of securing investment capital, venture funding, marketing and scaling early on. Along with establishing partnerships and relationships that could help my business thrive.
Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?
My belief for CEOs, founders is Without a mentor/coach and accountability partner, many business leaders find themselves hitting the ceiling of what they can achieve. Leaders help develop teams, and business coaches help develop leaders and I help small business owners become leaders. Important topics to me for new small business owners are Greater self-awareness and a positive mindset, Clarity on what success looks like and the steps needed to achieve it, Development of critical soft skills and decision making, Accountability and growth Increased individual performance, productivity, and confidence
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
Being realistic is a sure pathway to mediocrity. Don’t be average, be great!
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
Success is accomplishing a “set out” goal. Some successes can be small and some can be large, but they have equal meaning and feeling when they are achieved. For me, seeing my clients open the doors to their new business, achieve the sales they never envisioned they could achieve defines success for me.
What’s next for you?
I am launching an e-learning program for small business owners/entrepreneurs that will give them all the tools to help them become the CEO and Founder they were always meant to me.
