Today we’d like to introduce you to EBONY BEAUTY ROBERT.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

My name is Ebony Robert and I was born and raised in Orlando Fla, I am the third oldest out of 10 kids. I recall our family struggling, everything was being foreclosed and repossessed. My mother needed help so she moved us to Lousiana after my father passed away to be closer to her family. My father was a member of First Baptist Church of Pine Hills, he was also a member of the Greater Orlando Legal Services, National Association for Advancement of Colored People, and Jones High School Alumni Association. He was a civil rights activist and a community worker. He was also an Army veteran of World War II. My mother worked two-three jobs to provide for us. After I completed High School, I started college. I obtained two master’s degrees in Early Childhood Education while my husband and I were raising 5 handsome sons and teaching full time. Tapping into my love for beauty I started handcrafting hair and skincare products that helped my sons with their problematic skin issues. I wanted to give my mother the world after she gave us everything she had. She worked so hard and deserved the best.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

My success has not come easy, there were many days I had no sales. I just kept moving forward and praying that God helped me along the way. During the process of expanding my business. My mother passed away unexpectedly, she was my mentor and number one cheerleader. We stayed up many nights researching and planning my business. I was at a standstill, I did not know what I was going to do with my life. I was just going through the motions. Depression was setting in and if it was not for my husband and kids helping me get through the hard days. I would have probably given up on my dreams. I realized my mother would have wanted me to keep going. My mother was very picky about the products she would use on her hair and skin. She loved our Pink Pearl Feminine Wash. This will always be a staple in our store. Our customers love the shower gel just as much as my mother did!

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

For most beauty enthusiasts, spending a fortune on natural skincare and beauty products becomes truly tasking when they just don’t work. Seeing your hairline go through some of the most devastating transitions could lead to an organic hair care product tussle. The numerous products options on the market don’t help either. As a beauty brand, we understand that achieving that beautiful skin and healthy hair affects your self-image and confidence. We are not out to compete with the hundreds of hair and beauty products available in the market. However, Ebony life is focused on giving vibrancy and glow to your skin and hair using our rare mix of natural and organic nutrients. Ebony’s experiences as a wife, mother, educator, and entrepreneur inspired her to launch the Ebony Life brand to create organic hair products for women like her. Ebony wears many hats which have helped to position Ebony Life as a household brand making magic through beauty products. We are attuned with the latest beauty trends and we share our enthusiasm for organic products with our clients. In over two years of operation, Ebony Life has launched several natural and organic products for both men and women. What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Never give up on your dreams; when life knocks you down, keep going! Someone is praying for you to make it.

Being successful means the achievement of your desired visions, and planned goals. It does not mean being rich or famous.
