Arsenal Health, the Arvada-based gym, recovery and clinic company, plans to open a location in Louisville, Colorado, in 2027, according to the company’s website and city filings. Documents filed with the City of Louisville place the project at 600 S. Pierce Ave.
In an application dated Sept. 30, the company asked the city for a Special Review Use permit to finish the interior of an existing multi-tenant building in an industrial zone. The plans call for an athletic club and recovery area with a sauna and recovery tools, a medical IV hydration clinic, a walk-in community coffee shop and office space. The company would build out the first floor first. The top floor is not in use at this time, but the application includes plans for a full build-out. The Badger, a Boulder-area news outlet, reported that the project would span about 14,000 square feet and serve as Arsenal’s corporate headquarters.
The application describes the site as the flagship location of the company’s brand. “Over the past several years, our existing client base has consistently requested that we expand further north,” Jake Rowzee, Arsenal’s founder and CEO, wrote in the cover letter. He said the company chose Louisville for “its vibrant community, strong economic climate, and central location for our Northern Colorado market.”
The application proposes staggered hours. The athletic club and recovery area would be open from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. The coffee shop would run from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily, and the IV clinic from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily. Arsenal’s website says the Louisville location is planned with 24/7 member access, as at its other sites, and that staffed hours will be posted before opening.
Arsenal is also seeking financial help from the city. The Badger reported that Louisville City Council was scheduled to consider a proposed business assistance agreement for Arsenal on its Oct. 20 consent agenda. BizWest reported on Oct. 19 that the company is seeking incentives from Louisville for its headquarters.
Under the draft agreement, as The Badger described it, the city would rebate half of qualifying building and sign permit fees, up to $8,400 combined, and half of qualifying city sales tax from new retail sales at the location, up to $200,000. The sales tax rebate would last five years after retail sales begin. Payments would depend on annual council appropriations. The project would need to pass final inspection by Oct. 20, 2027.
Arsenal’s application estimates $2.71 million in capital investment and $1.8 million in lease costs over five years. It projects 29 employees at the location after three years, including 20 new positions. The Badger noted that those figures are projections and are not requirements in the proposed agreement.
On its website, Arsenal says the Louisville clinic would offer IV therapy, vitamin injections, hormone care and lab panels, alongside personal training, group classes and recovery services. The company says clinic care would come from the same medical team model used at its other locations, with doctors, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and EMTs. It says the location is meant to serve Louisville, Lafayette, Superior, Broomfield, Boulder and Erie. The site lists the address as to be announced and offers a waitlist for early updates.
Arsenal now operates in Arvada, at 5450 Wadsworth Bypass, and in the Denver Tech Center, at 80 Inverness Drive East, which opened in February 2026. This year Inc. ranked the company No. 2 on its Rocky Mountain Regionals list of fast-growing private companies, reporting 1,323 percent revenue growth from 2022 to 2024.
An exact opening date has not been announced.
