Today we’d like to introduce you to Spiritual Strategist Dr Lougenia J. Rucker, .

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Over 3 decades ago, I was struck down, left for dead by a hit/run car. Thanks to the mercy & grace of God, I miraculously survived after multiple surgeries & over 1 year of intensive hospitalization. Then only to be discharged to a medical rehab center with the prognosis that I would never walk again. After an additional year of rehab & physical therapy, I was discharged & sent home in a full body cast for another 6 mos. But yet thru it all, today I can walk, run & dance without any mechanical devices or support.

It is with that same fiery faith, passion and commitment that I mentor, coach, train & guide women today. I “get it” when there is no needed mentorship when you are seeking the real meaning of life or your purpose. So I am authentic & purpose-driven with my creative mentoring services, coaching programs, books & journals guiding women to dive deep within for the diamonds of purpose, so they can shine their light, create wealth & generational legacies.

I live in complete appreciation of my life & full expression of my gifts, talents & calling as I reach back and support others to move forward on purpose with clarity & confidence while branding their brilliance. I understand the struggle of life & so one of my greatest joys in life is to help someone to turn obstacles into winning opportunities, shift their mindset & prosper on purpose.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Success is never easy, but I do believe that if I have impacted the life of just 1 person then the struggles were all worth it. Starting up any new business is not a task for the faint at heart, so like most Black solopreneurs who start a business, I had the struggles of the lack of resources to support the building of the business including infrastructure, training, marketing material and collateral, promotion, PR, team support – and in this technology-driven marketplace today – the lack of real competent and affordable digital support and virtual assistance has been a real struggle over the last few years.

So I had to work both day and night in the business and on the business which can become exhausting at times. But as technology continues to change the landscape, there is more growing digital support. But persistence, consistent intentional action, clarity of purpose and focus are but a few key tools that have kept me in the game.

I have learned to take a pause and stop to refuel with sacred self-care and self-love; but to never give in or give up. My faith has always propelled me forward and lean into hope and love to endure until times get better.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

My primary calling is to serve as a Spiritual Strategist supporting women to experience their deepest level soul work which they are called to do through the transformational power of personalized Mentorship.

(The name of my Mentorship Program is “Diamond Heart Prophetic Mentorship”)

I support and empower them to get diamond-clear and to understand that they are worth more than they were ever taught to believe. We also do work to increase their visibility and brand their brilliance.

Also, I support aspiring authors as a Book Coach to plan, write and publish their best seller Amazon Book.

As the Founder and CEO of Divine Diamonds Ministries, I blaze trails as a Marketplace Apostle training, equipping and empowering Believers to take their marketplace business to the next-dimension, generate multiple streams of income and create generational legacies of wealth and blessings.

Overall, as a result of working with me, they experience life-changing spiritual awakenings, breakthroughs and divine alignment that can lead to healing, peace, mindset shifts and inner transformation resulting in greater self-confidence, impact, influence, increased income and happiness.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

“You are worth soo much more than you were ever taught to believe” … imagine the impossible and invest in you to achieve it. Believe in you, and always be open and willing to go to the Next-Level BEST version of yourself.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success means being free from pain to live on purpose while fully expressing my gifts, talents and calling while impacting others on purpose to live their best lives.
