Today we’d like to introduce you to Joseph James Nantomah.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

My name is Joseph James Nantomah. I am a Real Estate Investor , Business Consultant, Mentor, serial Entrepreneur and Life Coach, AKA “The Black Mentor “ and was recently selected as Top Executive Business Coach of the year by International Association of top Professionals (IAOTP) for my outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the industry, I was also recently published on the front cover of TIP Magazine (Top Industry Professionals). I have demonstrated success in every role I obtained since moving to the United States in 2016 and started my first real estate investment business with $997 in 2018.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

It has been amazing and Impressive since relocating to the United States from Africa, I have advanced my businesses to Millionaire status, but this didn’t come easy as I was met with several set backs, cultural differences, disappointments, change of environment and lack of support from family members since I moved to the United States with my wife and daughter in 2016. But I was determined to put in the work, pay the price and become successful.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I have severally businesses but at the forefront are Investors Capital LLC which is My Real Estate Investment company and Mentor America LLC which offers life and success -oriented training focused on a number of topics to innovate and enhance my client’s life and business, Mentor America Coaching Program which I offer through my Brand “The Black Mentor “ focuses on building the mindset of our clients because I believe if the mind is groomed and reset for success than all other factors will fall in line. This is why so many start ups and businesses comes to us first to reset their mindset for success. In the last three years we have impacted over 500,000 individuals and business owners with our Mindset MasterMinds Classes online, ie Instagram, YouTube, in Person and on clubhouse.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

To be successful all you have to do is START, you can’t be successful if you don’t start. Make up your mind, take a decision today to start. Then get a Mentor who is already doing what you want and reach out to him /her for Mentorship.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me is helping as many people that I can reach, having the freedom to travel the world and do what I love doing.

What’s next for you?

Success is not a destination, but a journey filled with a continuous growth process, so for me I will keep on growing, keep on building, keep on learning and keep on helping other individuals and business owners to grow in whatever area they are lacking.
