Mirshod Sadulloev was born into a true Eastern fairytale living by the laws of modernity, in the heart of Central Asia – Uzbekistan. Its people are known for their rich cultural diversity. The environment in which he grew up played a significant role in shaping his personality. From an early age, his parents instilled in him values that prioritize respect for others, kindness to people, regardless of their worldview, and a commitment to personal development. These qualities later became the foundation for his work with international partners. His family instilled in him discipline and a strong belief that any goal is achievable with the right amount of effort. This viewpoint shaped young Mirshod’s internal motivation and desire to achieve his goals.
His interest in the international environment began during his school years, when he began actively studying English. This became the starting point for his desire to study abroad. After reviewing all the requirements, he purposefully improved his academic performance, attended additional classes, and ultimately achieved the desired result.
Full of ambition, the young man entered Bukhara State University to study Economics and Finance. Meanwhile, he continued to improve his English and sought opportunities to study abroad. His efforts were rewarded, and after a year of study at BSU, he was invited to London.
Moving to the UK in 2009 was a serious life challenge for him. However, such changes always lead to growth. Living in a foreign country without family support strengthened his independence, taught him how to adapt to an unfamiliar environment, and how to make decisions under difficult circumstances. It was during this period that he became convinced of the importance of practical experience and a high-quality education for building a successful career.
After some time, he was able to continue his studies in finance and accounting. This was followed by work as an accountant, assisting clients with financial matters. This experience gave him a solid analytical foundation.
His next professional career path led him to international logistics, where he was able to apply both financial knowledge and communication and process management skills.
Mirshod returned to his home country to apply his acquired knowledge and experience and accepted a position in the logistics department. The period from 2019 to 2022 marked a key stage in his professional evolution. He managed supplies from various regions of the world, including China, Turkey, India, and South Africa, which allowed him to gain a deep understanding of the structure of global supply chains.
It’s safe to say that his personal qualities and professional experience led him to the agricultural sector. While working in logistics, he came to the conclusion that agricultural products are a basic need of the population, which also influences the country’s economic growth. Mirshod began actively researching the market. He was already familiar with soybean meal, as this product enjoys high demand and limited supply in Uzbekistan. Soybean meal brings practical benefits to agriculture due to its high nutritional value. It improves livestock productivity and makes meat, milk, and egg production more profitable.
Mirshod managed to build a long-term model of international cooperation. Starting with supplies from India, he gradually expanded his geographic reach and partnered with American exporters. Lengthy negotiations and a subsequent visit to the United States in 2023 allowed him to study production processes and quality standards firsthand, significantly strengthening his expertise.
In a short period of time, he managed to optimize logistics routes, reduce supply costs, and ensure a regular supply of this sought-after agricultural product to a market previously experiencing shortages. Moreover, he established a reliable network of international partners and laid the foundation for business expansion, a testament to his unique approach and deep understanding of the industry.
